more progress... sorta
I ran into another typo situation with my code, and it had something to do with triggering colliders. This time it had to do with the class. I was doing something copying and pasting, and I pasted some class code into another class, making basically duplicated classes inside each other. I was programming the trigger call back in the internal class. I spent several hours on this bug. I just took a short break to relax from this mistake.
For the color scheme I used the Adobe Color wheel to help me select base colors for game. <https://color.adobe.com/create/color-wheel> Color is going to be important because I am also using Unity's preview Pixel Perfect camera package. I still don't know exactly what is doing, but I am noticing improvement on the rendering of the pixel art. I am also looking into creating my own music. I am thinking of using Bosca Ceoil <https://boscaceoil.net/> Brackeys on YouTube has some tutorials on the music making software. Looks useful for quickly making something. I looked up some common song structures and how to write from them. <https://blog.landr.com/write-song/>
Finally, most of this project was inspired by an Unity's tutorial for a Space Shooter game. I used this template before but with Upward Boat Shooter. This time, however, I am doing 2d objects as opposed to the 3d ones in the tutorial.
